Commands

  • antman --setWatchDir - Set the directory to watch
  • antman --setWhiteList - Set the whitelist of reference sequences (in multifasta)
  • antman --start - Start the antman daemon
  • antman --stop - Stop the antman daemon
  • antman --getPID - Get the current PID of the daemon
